PRODUCTION

BOTAŞ NEHIR TEXTILE

As an integrated fabric manufacturer that contains every link of its production chain in-house, from fiber to finished fabric, we work with creative design, fast delivery, flexible processes, and high-quality production.

We consider every product as an end-to-end project, starting from the raw material to the ready-made garment, and we tailor our processes according to the needs of our clients.

In a total area of 65,000 m2, we work hard to serve the needs of both garment manufactuers and retail brands with great environmental awareness and sustainable processes.

Yarn

BOTAŞ NEHIR TEXTILE

Our yarn production facilities in Afyon operate at a daily capacity of 15 metric tons.

Fancy Yarn

BOTAŞ NEHIR TEXTILE

Our fancy yarn facilities operate at a daily capacity of 8 tons for yarn entangling, and 5 tons for yarn twisting

Knitting

BOTAŞ NEHIR TEXTILE

Equipped to overcome seasonal demand spikes in knit fabrics from 4 gauge to 28 gauge, our circular knitting facilities contain 250 circular knitting units.

Dyehouse

BOTAŞ NEHIR TEXTILE

Our fully automated dyeing facilities have a daily production capacity of 48 metric tons. All processes are traceable and archived electronically.

Our chemical inventory fully complies with the Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals (ZDHC).

Finishing

BOTAŞ NEHIR TEXTILE

Capable of processing all kinds of synthetic and cellulosic fabrics and blends thereof, our finishing department has a daily capacity of 70 metric tons.

The department is equipped with 6 stenters, 1 dryer, 4 sanforizing units, 4 rags, 1 carbon brush, and 1 suede unit.

Printing

BOTAŞ NEHIR TEXTILE

Equipped with two rotational printing units and a digital printing unit, our printing facilities are capable of applying reactive, disperse, acid and pigment printing on all kinds of basic and fancy fabrics.

The facilities are fully automated and operate at a daily production capacity of 60,000 meters in rotational printing, and 3,000 meters in digital printing.

Quality Control

BOTAŞ NEHIR TEXTILE

Our quality control department is equipped with 7 automated packaging units. All products are subject to 100% visual control.

Each batch is inspected in 4-point quality control system and all reports are archived physically and electronically
