PRODUCTION

BOTAŞ NEHIR TEXTILE

As an integrated fabric manufacturer that contains every link of its production chain in-house, from fiber to finished fabric, we work with creative design, fast delivery, flexible processes, and high-quality production.

We consider every product we manufacture as a project, starting from the raw material to the ready-made garment, and we tailor our processes according to the needs of oru clients, the garment manufacturers.

In a total area of 65,000 m2, we work hard to serve the needs of both garment manufactuers and end customers with great environmental awareness and sustainable processes

Yarn

BOTAŞ NEHIR TEXTILE

Our yarn production facilities in Afyon operate with a capacity of 15 tons/day in 28,000 spindles

Our new yarn facilities are scheduled to start operations in 2024 with renewed technologies and a 50% increase in production capacity.

Fancy Yarn

BOTAŞ NEHIR TEXTILE

Our fancy yarn facilities contain a total of 10 yarn centering and 3 twisting units and have a fantasy yarn production capacity of 6 tons/day.

Knitting

BOTAŞ NEHIR TEXTILE

Our circular knitting faciilites contain a wide array of machinery from 4 Gauge to 28 Gauge and operates with a total of 240 circular knitting units in two separate locations. Our broad knitting machinery is equipped to overcome seasonal spikes in demand with fast delivery times in all knit fabric categories.

Dyehouse

BOTAŞ NEHIR TEXTILE

Equipped with dye and chemical automation systems, Botaş Nehir dyeing facilities have a production capacity of 48 tons/day with a total of 32 jet dyeing machines. All products can be traced electronically along the production line. Production recipes and processes are archived electronically and can be traced with transparency.

Our finishing department, where finishing processes for special demands and needs can be applied for all-natural and cellulosic fibers, has a capacity of 70 tons/day with a total of 6 stenters, 1 dryer, 4 sanforizing units, 4 rags, 1 carbon brush, and 1 suede unit.

Printing

BOTAŞ NEHIR TEXTILE

Botaş Nehir printing facilities is capable of acid, devore, meterage sublimation, meterial reactive and digital printing on all kinds of basic and fancy fabrics with two 12-color Reggiani Rotation Printing units and 1 Digital Printing unit.

In our printing facilities has a capacity of 15 tons/day in quantity printing and 3000 m/day in digital printing. All printing pastes and dyes are prepared fully automatically through a FIMAT automation unit. Our automation unit is one of the first established in Turkey as a fully automated printing system .

Quality Control

BOTAŞ NEHIR TEXTILE

Our quality control department which has 6 automated packaging units in total. Each batch is subject to full quality check and packed with Botaş label.
For each batch, the quality control report and the packing list obtained from the quality control units are shared with our customers along with a detailed physical test report.
